A Better Clipboard Alternative for All Users

The clipboard is probably the feature of Windows that I use more often than any other on my computer. There are two main problems I have with the clipboard:
- It holds only one item at a time
- There is no easy way to see what's in your clipboard
Today, Jeff Atwood's blog introduced me to a tool to solve both of these problems in one lightweight application.
Jeff suggested using ClipX to enhance the built-in Windows clipboard. It improves the clipboard by adding these features:
- Store multiple items in the clipboard
- Maintain a full history of items you've copied to your clipboard, even across reboots
- Ctrl+V still pastes; Ctrl+Shift+V shows your entire clipboard where you can choose what you want to paste
If you use your clipboard more than five times per day, try out ClipX, I think you'll be surprised at how much more useful your clipboard will become.
